To provide fast and reliable delivery, PP Pharma works with trusted courier services across Serbia. We process your order after confirmation and arrange delivery as quickly as possible.
Delivery time
- 1–3 business days for orders within Serbia
- Delivery to smaller towns and remote areas may take one additional day
Delivery cost
- Delivery charges are calculated according to the courier's current rates
- Free delivery on orders from 6,000 RSD
Tracking your parcel
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, you will receive a text message or email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Receiving your parcel
- The courier delivers to the address you provided when ordering
- You can check the condition of the parcel before accepting it
- If the packaging is damaged, we recommend reporting it to the courier immediately and refusing the parcel
